MCG believes there is a shared responsibility toward making an environment where the academically talented child experiences positive mental, social, and emotional growth.   MCG assists in the overall effort of improving the understanding, education, and funding of the educational and enrichment needs of students in Moline School District No. 40 and provides information, encouragement, and networking to parents and educators of those students.
